Experience: The
Green River

Discover: the
history of the Green River
The Green River through Desolation Canyon is the only
river canyon registered as a National Historic Landmark. The Fremont Indians
farmed, hunted and lived here over 700 years ago and left ruins and ancient
rock art. In the late 1800's homesteaders, trappers and outlaws shared the
area. The McPherson's befriended Butch Cassidy and his "Wild Bunch," and their
ranch still exists. Time is set aside to explore these homes and legends.

Experince: the
excitement of 50 moderate rapids
Desolation Canyon is 84 miles of 50 class I-III rapids
that start the second day of the trip and build each day until the largest and
best rapids the last day. These rapids are full of big rolling waves, not
technically difficult but exciting and great fun - perfect for learning to
maneuver a paddleboat or kayak.

Relax: In the
comfort of family
The Green River offers the perfect family river trip and
has something fun for all family members. We run this trip in paddleboats and
