The Yampa River-The Gem of the Colorado
Plateau
The Yampa River,
through Dinosaur National Monument has it all! As the last free-flowing river
in the Colorado River drainage, the Yampa is incredibly wild in May and June.
Yampa River rafting has had a short running season the last couple of years,
but with the high snow pack in the Rocky Mountains this year the Yampa River
will be the river you don't want to miss. This trip is one of Sheri Griffith
River Expedition's most popular, so don't miss out on this glorious river
rafting adventure.
